Z-lig and its free fibers
STIF – Pet Care offers veterinarians implants with a unique technology based on the integration of free fibers.
Placed in the joint, they are adapted to the biomechanical constraints of the stifle (tension, flexion and torsion) and give the implant optimum fatigue resistance, without deformation or particle deposition, and lasting over time.
The Z-lig has been studied mechanically (+ 12 million cycles) and clinically over 7 years, and is currently the most suitable for intra-articular reconstruction.

My vet suggested a new technique for reconstructing the cruciate ligament, and I was won over by the concept and the advantages it offered.
Rex is very playful and dynamic. After rupturing the cruciate ligament on his right paw in 2016, my vet suggested a technique that is still experimental, known as “minimally invasive” and low-risk, suitable for active dogs, as it enables rapid recovery.
